Operation Executive

Responsibilities

Report directly to Ad Ops Manager
Assist in pre-launch preparation of online marketing campaign for corporate client, including but not limited to the below job scopes:

Liaise with search engine/media portal on campaign quotation, schedule and implementation requirement
Consolidate banner material spec for client, and follow through on material collection and implementation
Prepare Search Engine Marketing (SEM) keyword and ad copy proposal based on instruction from Account Management Team
Generate tracking tag for campaign ad unit (banner and keyword)
Develop and upload campaign bulksheet to search engine
Ad serve to media portal
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly report for client

Requirements

Degree or Associate Degree holder
1-2 years of customer service/operations experience (experience from online marketing industry PREFERRED)
Good computer skills including solid knowledge on MS Excel
Strong attention to details and organizational skills
Responsible and team player
